How do I open a business account with justbank?

Opening a justbank business account is simple. Register your interest online and our team will guide you through each step, ensuring a smooth and secure setup.

What documents are required to open a justbank account?

The exact documents will depend on your company structure. However, we’ll generally ask for proof of company registration, identification for directors, documents showing your business activity, and evidence of ownership and control. Full requirements are confirmed during onboarding.

Can I open accounts in different currencies?

Yes. We offer individual business accounts in GBP, EUR and USD so you can manage payments in the currency that suits your needs.

Does justbank provide Business Debit Cards?

Yes. justbank offers Business Debit cards, making it easier to manage spending across your team. The Business Debit cards are currently offered in GBP, with additional currencies coming soon.

Can I manage my account online?

Yes. justbank’s secure online Business Banking platform lets you check balances, send and receive payments, and approve transactions.

Are there monthly fees or transaction charges?

justbank offers a transparent fee structure based on your account type and activity. You can view our pricing online.

Does justbank support international payments?

Yes. justbank supports sending and receiving international payments via SWIFT.

Security, cards and account access

What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

If your Business Debit card is lost or stolen, log in to the Mobile App to freeze your card. You can contact our support team to arrange delivery of a replacement card.

How do I report suspected fraud on my account?

If you notice any suspicious activity, or any transactions you don't recognise, contact our support team immediately.

What happens if I forget my login details?

If you forget your login credentials, please contact the justbank support team. They’ll help you regain secure access to your account.

How can I keep my business account secure?

Always make sure you store passwords securely. Be wary of phishing emails containing links, and unexpected phone calls. The bank will never request your mobile Verification Code, or online banking details over the phone. Always visit justbank.com to begin your log in journey.
