What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?
If your Business Debit card is lost or stolen, log in to the Mobile App to freeze your card. You can contact our support team to arrange delivery of a replacement card.
How do I report suspected fraud on my account?
If you notice any suspicious activity, or any transactions you don't recognise, contact our support team immediately.
What happens if I forget my login details?
If you forget your login credentials, please contact your Relationship team. They’ll help you regain secure access to your account.
How can I keep my business account secure?
Always make sure you store passwords securely. Be wary of phishing emails containing links, and unexpected phonecalls. The bank will never request your mobile Verification Code, or online banking details over the phone. Always visit justbank.com to begin your log in journey.
